There's not a Gander Mtn., but Cabela's will be opening in Hooksett, once they satisfy the planning board nazis.

You're an experienced gun shop guy?  A lot of those companies on your list are very small, owner only shops, I think.

I believe Ralph, over at Riley's in Hooksett, hires quite a few part-timers...don't know about full-time gigs.

Oh yeah, and Wolf Firearms is now Manchester Firing Line.  The owner is Jim McLeod...good guy.

Ralph D'Amicco of Riley's is also the Vice President of Gun Owners of New Hampshire and a member of the Board of Directors.  He's as staunch a defender of gun rights as you'd ever care to name, and regularly testifies before the legislature on gun bills.

T/C called me today to setup a phone interview. One of the things I couldnt answer very good when asked was what kind of salary I would expect. At my last job i made 12$/hr which was pretty weak. Can anyone give me some suggestions as to what kind of salary I would need to live in NH, to pay my living expenses?

To ballpark a reasonable wage it would pay to know exactly what you're doing. Are you planning to work the floor at a retail outlet or are you planning to work for a gun firm like SIG or Ruger, as a manufacturer or marketing guy.
All those factors play into what you'll get payed. Also depending on where you lived before, $12/hr might go a lot further than it did before.

It was my understanding, and this may be wrong, that some gun shops payed sales employees by commision, either in part or in total. I know that I've heard the guys at Alstead talking about "Taking the commision on that one".
