From WMUR:
Key State Tax Revenues Ahead Of Plan
Overall Revenues 6 Percent Higher Than Expected

March 4, 2005

CONCORD, N.H. -- A monthly state report shows that key New Hampshire tax revenues are beating expectations.
The Department of Administrative Services said real estate tax income was 29 percent above the pace budget writers set nearly two years ago.
While business tax income was slightly below expectations for the month, it continued at about 15 percent ahead of plan.
Real estate taxes brought in $9.4 million, nearly $2 million ahead of plan. Business taxes brought in about $7 million, or about $100,000 below expectations.
Overall state revenues of more than $1 billion are 6 percent ahead of the plan, with an extra $59.6 million collected through the first eight months of this fiscal year.

Tax revenues is up more than expected and yet the state and local goverments are whinning incessantly that they don't have enough money. Just goes to prove that they will not be happy until they get it all. :(
