I need 99 other people to sign the 'Be Nice to Lloyd' pledge before I sign.  That way I'll know it's not just a 'Be Nice to Lloyd' fad.  After that I'll sign the 'Early Nicers' pledge and be nice to Lloyd if 499 other people will sign.   
But if the 999 is not reached I'll have to go back and be mean to Lloyd all the times I was nice.
I'll also need proof that other people are being nice to Lloyd and not just saying they are being nice.
And we should set up support group for people who develope a projectile aversion to being nice to Lloyd.
