Oh, NOW you tell me. And I just mailed stuff to her at the damn prison!

Oh well. Now who's going to get that copy of the Constitution?

Let 'em keep it. They seem to have misplaced their copy.

I don't think they misplaced it I think that it has been censored by the CIA, FBI, and Secret Service. Its pretty hard to understand with all the blacked out pieces.  >:D

Don't forget the Federal Protective Service. They have black magic markers too!

Best present ever!

I was checking to see when to meet up in CT Saturday.  She should be first to post over there saying she's out. b)

Lauren's out .... I just like to say it.

Spencer

They bowed to the pressure of the conspiracy to visit Lauren on December 23.

The end of 2006 is working out well for the underground.

1. credited for wiping NH Republicans ( apparently able to do the same to the Dems, at will).

2.  Got Bolton to step down at the UN.

3. Lauren released due to threat of holding Festivus celebration.

Yee ha!

You don't know how great it is to be the Free State again!
:boogie::boogie::boogie:
This morning the prison guards opened my cell door about 9:30 and announced I was going to court.
I voluntarily put on my street clothes but made them drag me out of "seg" and into the van.  I thought they were just going to jerk my chain again after 90 days behind bars.  The baliffs of the court all asked what I was going to do in the courtroom.  "Nothing" I answered.  The prosecutor offered me a similar deal to last time:  Dropping the "criminal tresspassing" and "refusal of fingerprinting" charges but going ahead with the "interfering with a police officer" charge.  He said I was able to technically plead guilty without pleading guilty using the Alfort doctrine.  I asked if the remaining charge was a felony or misdomeanor.  He said it's a class A misdemeanor and the sentence would be unconditional discharge, no probation, no fine.  I thought was pretty darn close to dismissal of all charges and agreed.  In court when asked if I understood that I was waiving by right to a trial, jury, attorney, cross-examining my accusors ect.  I said "yes".  The judge asked if I had any statement to make, I said "no".
Then the prison guards took off the shackles and I walked out of the court room.
What a great feeling that was.
I'm still walking several feet off the ground.

Thanks to everyone who showed concern for me and worked for my release.  It worked!

Why let me out today?

  • I initially thought it was because I'd been incarcerated 90 days and that was approximately the maximum sentence if I were found guilty.

  • The baliffs said it was because Judge Mc Mahon was tired of getting emails about me on his personal home computer.

  • Then I found out about Susette Kelo's chrismas cards making national press that morning.  Maybe that was it.

  • The reporter for the Day wondered if the press about the Connecticut Flag Burn was getting out.

  • Perhaps the protest scheduled for Saturday had something to do with it.

  • and, some say the Grinch's heart grew three sizes that day.

Come to the celebration on Saturday!

I wouldn't exactly call our e-mails to him an annoyance. Mine was not offensive.

Oh no, don't misunderstand me. My complaint is with the secrecy of New London's courts. A few letters can go to the dead letter office as far as I care, as long as Lauren is out!

I didn't even know anyone had his email address.
