I am still working on the design, I realize it's kind of plain at the moment. I need some suggestions for content and perhaps a few people to write sections for me.
What kind of sections should we have? I'm thinking About, links, news, contact, a newsletter - the basics... plus, what else?

edit: does anybody have small icons to link to:
Free State Project
NH Underground
NHLA
Porcfest
NH Liberty Forum
GONH/PGNH/NHFC
... others?

Tyler Stearns

a couple things:

Some links i might include are - freestateblogs.net, cnht.org, jbartlett.org and maybe we can add in rlcnh.org (republican liberty), lpnh.org, nhgop.org, graftongop.org or even some democratic sites.

I could work on some write ups w/ the help of my mom.

And finally I would be willing to be a contact for "political action"

my style skills are basically nonexistent so if someone could come up with a better color scheme than gray-on-dark-gray I'd be happy to implement it... it's not done, just the skeleton and some formatting is up now, I'll do the backend and put up those links soon.

There's another blog that my friend Rep. D.J. Bettencourt is trying to start up.  It's been dead for a little while, but he's trying to revive it (http://www.ninthstate.net).

I suggest that you put a link to the 'world's smallest political quiz'.Of course you may have already though of that.

Wow Jason, thanks for all of the links, great!

I'd appreciate it very much if *any* freedom-oriented site would link either of the following graphics to:

error

Those images look really familiar for some reason.

that reminds me of another good site: www.homelandstupidity.us

And lets not forget www.freelunchproject.com

Relavant to our discussion of hemp, I just notices this banner on the keenefreepress.com site:
http://www.keenewebworks.com/hemporium/

And this is the source of hemp info that Richard recommeded:
http://thehia.org/hempfacts.htm

I'm going to the D Acres solstice potluck tonight with hemp on the brain;  I'll also ask about having one of our PLN meetings there sometime.

Jason:  Are you talking up PLN with folks at DAcres and at any other events/organizations you're involved in?
Want to set our next meeting?
Great job aries getting the website started.

Another thing for the Plymouth area calendar:

Jim Kelly is doing a talk at the Pease Public Library on Jan 24th.  He is the author of Burn.  More info is at the New Hampshire Humanities Council website.

If you want to have a meeting at your house, I would suggest you go ahead and trying to nail down a date.   The sooner the better, as far as I'm concerned.  Not everyone will be able to make it (week days are no good for the wentworth crowd, weekends no good for others) so decide what you want to accomplish, then see if the key players can make it.
