I keep hearing about the "Strawman" ...and I honestly want to know what it is.

the strawman can pull the cloak of deceit away from the tyrant ; and takes away the power ; by exposing them.

the stawman fears not the tyrant or his system. for the tyrant's power is in his deceit.

the strawman knows true history of mankind ; not the history built for control and fear.

the strawman knows that the best of magicians are not in las vegas or birthday parties; they are in corporate and govt. think tanks.

the strawman knows the true potential of humanity and its sabotage by the tyrant .

the strawman knows we were all born in captivity.

the strawman knows americans tv and livingroom is the factory and the product being manurfactured is you.

the strawman knows that ignorance is not the enemy of knowledge, the illusion of knowledge is.

the strawman knows that money is an illusion, created from nothing for slavery and control.

the strawman knows peace by knowing ; not aggrevation, fear or anger .

the strawman sees the left and right as a means to divide and conquer ; and it is another illusion.

the strawman knows humans are the most studied thing since the beginning of mankind; wich leads to complex ; problems ,reactions, solutions.

the strawman knows the truth is there in front of you always for you to see; the tyrant makes sure of it.

the strawman is you.

Dave Champion covered UCC-1 Filing statements and the strawman concept. He doesn't agree with it. I post it because he's very very smart when it comes to the law. He just beat the IRS in federal court. They have a team that goes around taking out tax protesters, probably the same group that went after Larkin Rose, Irwin Schiff, and some of the others.  They were trying to shut him down for teaching non-taxpayers how to operate in society. He's a big 2nd amendment guy, and a former police officer.

A legal fiction also called a fictitious entity. Anytime you see your name in all capitol letters it's your strawman. Driver's license, marriage document, letters from the IRS or any other governmental agency all show your name in all caps. It's how "our" government invokes unconstitutional control over us.

To invoke your Sovereignty revoke your strawman you have to write letters signaling your intent and then live as if you are not that entity. No DL, bank account, passport, etc.......The American Sovereign has been covering this for many years. http://www.theamericansovereign.com

Edit: I listened to Champion's radio show. I submit that the government's control over us IS through the strawman they create. The corporate entity called the US Government cannot assert unconstitutional control over living, breathing Men and Women that were created by God. They can't destroy what they didn't create and that is why the strawman.

Danny Riley tried the ALL CAPS claims, and got 36 years:

If there is a strawman, and there is evidence for it, the courts do not care.  If in court try http://adventuresinlegalland.com

Plus, more sovereignty stuff is discussed here: http://forum.freekeene.com/index.php?board=16.0

Sorry for the lengthy reply. Lots of thoughts.

The American Sovereign is a redirect to http://freedomradio.us/Joomla/ guess he got tired of paying for two identical websites.

We've talked about this subject ad nauseam. I offer up my ad hoc definition of the Strawman for discussion purposes only. I did the rescission in 1999 and it made no difference to "the man" when it came time to test it. You and I have discussed it Ian.

What matters is how you live and the frame of mind you are in, not what papers you file. A smarter man than me wouldn't have signed his life away by getting into the mainstream system. Piss on rescission. I should have just terminated all documents via the issuing agencies and gone about my merry way.

The very fact that there is so much discussion of "our" own government creating a legal fiction to enslave us is secondary, in my mind, to the fact that "our" own government is enslaving us. The strawman argument if nothing else is a vehicle to a larger thought. The first American Revolution didn't happen because of one thing, but many, over many years.

I agree that Danny Riley launched a poor defense. The time to learn how to fly the plane is while it's on the ground not just before the crash. He's down but not out. There may be more to see here. There are points to the UCC argument that have worked in the past depending if you get a judge that understands the filings and is willing to hear them. Those two things don't always appear together. The fact that Brown et al. shoved the process up their collective asses doesn't help matters either. Lots of opposition here.

That's what I've been telling people but damn, that was well said! In fact, I think I'll include that in the pamphlet I'm working on right now for voluntaryist outreach on election day.
