Yeah, they'd get a lot of 'exposure'

That is a total nightmare.... Where are the parents of these oppressed brainwashed children?

Here's a hint: They don't care.  :P

What's worse? They KNOW well about this and they don't care.

Knowing about an event and understanding it's implications are two different things

I sometimes wonder if they'd care even if they knew the implications.

Speaking of suspensions, who got one and why? I have, and it was because of a fight. Long story short, it takes a LOT to get me angry enough to initiate/return force (I'm libertarian after all!), but when I do, I'll beat the living crap out of you.

Michael Fisher

Hey, I don't want any trouble, okay?  :o

I'm not aware that anyone was suspended.

Civil disobedience can really work in schools.

When I was in HS, they made a rule that shorts were not allowed, but miniskirts were (not that I minded the mini-skirts!)...

So a bunch of guys in my school showed up one day all wearing mini-skirts and told the UL about it.  ;D The rule was changed pretty quickly....   :P

It would be great if we could find a way to target all the kids dropping out of high school prisons.

I'm a drop out myself.  I've done well for myself.

I've been working on a book that encourages kids to drop out of school as soon as possible.  It includes details and resources on how to do it and still do very well in life.

The American school system is a complete and total failure.

Wow, the exact same thing happened when I was in middle school. I seem to recall that the ladies had another loophole with 'culottes'...

Beth221

you are showing your age, when i went to HS we called them skorts, not culottes..

Pat K

Well I guess I am really showing my age and or
ignorance of fashion trends, because I have no idea
what any of those are!

All you need to know is they're pieces of fabric women use to claim they're clothed when they're about 99% not so.  >:D

When I went to high school we didn't break our bums snowboarding...

...uh, because snowboards hadn't been invented yet.

Beth221
