You could always make a shirt with some LEDs embeded in the same shape.....easier to wear...

And probably get shot in the head for wearing a "suicide bomber vest".

"Welcome to Boston!"

God Yes.  They are also showing the proper amount of seriousness that this situation requires.  This whole thing is a joke.

High quality civil disobedience If you ask me -- so you think they have ODD like me?

I think they were brilliant at handling the "tewwibly, tewwibly prwetentious repowtuhs", who were taking their tone and cue not from the facts, but from incitations of the MA Lt. Gov. and Mayor NumbnutsMumbles.

I'm pretty sure Boston (and MA) will be seeking justification for, and reimbursement for, the alleged "police costs incurred" of more than $750,000:o :o :o

Face it: the only fear-mongering was that of Boston and BPD. No one was scared by the signs; they were lead into panic by the BPD response.

It sounds like Turner is just going to roll over and pay whatever is demanded of them. I certainly hope they don't, as it would set a VERY bad precedent.

These guys probably wouldn't charge much to wear FSP shirts at their next run in with reporters.

Not only can government lead people to a false sense of security, but it can lead people to a false sense of insecurity.

So, does anyone think we have a new symbol for the smaller government movement, instead of using a government statue? :tongue3:

they are paying 2 millions dollars, i think that is a pretty hefty payment for boston. U would think that just paying for all the police would be enough, the 7 hundred thousand dollars, but 2 million?  that advertising company has a wicked sucky lawyer!   >:D  I wonder where all that money is going to go??

They got more than 2 million dollar's worth of free advertizing, so they're probably happy as a pig in .....
