Dentist, Doctor, Optometrist, gynecologist.

I'm looking for ALL of those (see, I had to outdo the other thread where they were just looking for a dentist. Ha! I win!). I have insurance to cover the doctor and gynecologist (once I meet my deductible, naturally), but the other two I'll be paying for out of pocket. So I want inexpensive, but good.

Anyone know any good people to see in these fields in the Manchester area? It'd also be good to know how much they charge for various things, so hopefully you'd recommend ones that won't be offended by me calling them up to ask

For OB/GYN,  I visit Tracey Bowman at the Birth Cottage http://www.birthcottage.com/ in Milford but I think that Lisa Doyle can take care of anything b/c she is a Family Practitioner and an OB.
