He can't go to Alex Jones with his complaint, because it was a white helicopter.  ;D

As Marge Schott might say ...

"Well there ... you ... go ..."

First reaction:    :Bolt:

Second reaction:  Property rights do / should extend into air space up to a certain altitude.  If he has evidence that someone was invading his property, he has a legitimate case against the owner of that helicopter.

In a (semi)socialist society, this would involve a centralized authority that requires all helicopters to be registered, and perhaps carry some sort of a mandatory wi-fi ID transmitter.

In a libertarian society, without registration requirements, the property owner would have to provide for his own security.  Just photographing that helicopter and yelling at it with a loudspeaker might not be enough, and most people wouldn't want to invest in a bazooka, so there would be a need for an "intruder aircraft tracking service".  A chopped can't stay in the air forever.  When it leaves, that service will track it down, identify the owner, and then the invaded land owner can present the evidence and fine him by the minute.

Or, threaten to shoot him down.  If threatening doesn't work...........what the Hell........you already have the gun in your hand

FAA regulations require at least 500' altitude above ground (1000' in densely populated areas) and I think this is sufficient...

Yeah, that mayor of Charlotte is nuts. ;)

But seriously, Pat McCrory (the council member who briefly interrupts the helicopter tirade) has been mayor for way too long. He has pushed through all sorts of corporate welfare and other boondoggles onto what used to be a nice city.

George Shinn, the "chameleon lemon-headed coward terrorist pussy" was the owner of the NBA's Charlotte Hornets. Before he moved the team to New Orleans, Shinn tried unsuccessfully to get the local government to build a new arena for the team. After the Hornets moved away, Charlotte hiked taxes to build a new arena. This was done to secure a new NBA team, the Bobcats. Even the mental cases around there didn't like what transpired. :P

That video is great.  Anyone know the true story behind it though?  I know they're editing the audio especially a ton during the beginning.  Damn fine work too :)  It would be interesting to see the original and know what it's really about.

edit: OK, I watched it again.  I don't think it's edited.  I really like this guy though!  Like someone said in the comment section, "I kind of liked him. If people like him didnt exist, the sky would be full of helicopters, have no doubt."

money dollars

I just got a helicopter....well, a gyro-copter.
Wal-mart has them for $30.

I don't just fly over peoples houses, I crash into their heads.
