Is anyone having trouble with smileys???

I had a system support type job once and a hefty percent of my calls were to come see what it is doing. I would get to their desk, lean over their shoulder and the thing would work perfectly. They were always upset and embarrassed. I loved that part of the job. Easy pay.

No, it was happening without highlighted text. It's starting working fine again then messed up again on a couple posts, then worked again. Let me try again.   I don't know, it's working again.

It's like whenever I have, (well mostly), a hair appointment my hair looks great that day or if I have a doctors appointment I start feeling better before I get there.  Then if I cancel the appointments it all goes back to bad the next day.

Observation is enough to cause change. If you want to measure how often a person makes a mistake, you can't do it if they know you are watching.

Just saying Show me, made them start from the beginning and do what they thought they were supposed to do rather than what they really had been doing. Problem solved.
