Is some type of monetary reform in NH possible?

Got a question for you guys. What are your thoughts on trying to work with New Hampshire to bring about monetary change at the state level?  I've been in contact with the writer and director of a movie called Fiat Empire and am considering a move to New Hampshire to be part of the Free State Project.

This would be a great movie to help educate people, the type of people that would not be likely to watch a movie like Aaron Russo's ?America: Freedom to Fascism?.

Along that line, I have a question. What justification is used by States to ignore the Constitution and accept FRN's for taxes?
