It's done.

Oops but it was not organized by CNHT, it was organized by me, a supporter. CNHT never endorses candidates, we just meet them and comment on whether they seem worthy, which Ed did that morning. I decided to support Ron as an individual and thus I held the party.

Should say, organized by a supporter....

And  the one blurb about the party is separate from the breakfast story Ed posted on NH Insider.

Somehow it must be changed so that when I said "Finally a candidate we can all get behind." it doesn't mean that CNHT as an org supports him necssarily for an endorsement.

We take no money from candidates or corporations, nor give money to candidates. My donation was my own money.

I made an edit. I hope you can live with it. :)

Not to worry. There will always be some jerk out there to challenge us... like the guy at DFNH who kept on saying we 'took Jack Abramoff's dirty money'. What a joke. Like Jack Abramoff would care about a 1,000-member taxpayer group?

And, Ed always laughs and says "We WISH we had Jack A's money!"

But like i said, there will always be SOME JERK trying to discredit our purity...and the funny thing is, these guys regularly take George Soros's dirty money so we don't know how they could talk?

Like those Democracy for NH lunatics? I've seen some of their crap.

That is exactly who. They are the ones who said we 'hurt' towns when we advocate for less taxes. Then they have their lawyers try to sue us after their wackos hack our websites, cut our cable lines, and terrorize our women while charging us with harassment for seeking restraining orders from these stalkers.

I think I saw those Democracy For NH jerks when I was in Portsmouth last summer. There was this stall out by the river that had this giant cardboard thermometer with different dollar amounts higher and higher up, with text beside each dollar amount saying something that could be bought with that amount of money. I think the top of the thermometer was "$1 million - free healthcare". These people were basically campaigning for higher taxes, telling people the oh so great things they could get "for free" from the government if only the taxes were higher. It made my blood boil. I intentionally walked slowly past, hoping they'd approach me so I could chew their heads off, but they didn't.

Well if that is one thing with which all the presidentials on the D side agree, it's universal health care for all, and mandatory, per Edwards. So that leaves them all out of the running right off the bat.

country is is coming closer to that every day.

I know some of the DFNH folks and do not consider them jerks.   Just wrong.

DFNH is focused on clean elections.  I support their efforts in what I've seem them propose for that.  They hate electronic voting machines, and darned if I don't too.

But hypocritically fight against having voters need to live here in order to vote here. (Domicile laws)

How come they weren't upset over Wetrosky and others who blatantly violated residency laws and yet, voted???

Forget DFNH for helping us.

You would rather they spend 100% of their time on things we oppose?  I will take the positive where I find the positive.  Some of those guys are helping on HB92 as well.

True, and they also helped oppose Real ID.  Gosh, some of them have even turned out to be nice human beings!

When the Socialists here at Cornell try to hawk copies of "Socialist Worker" I walk up to them and engage them. It halves their effectiveness, I'd estimate.

Yes and at least they have some issues and care enough to work on them -- rather than watch TV sitcoms everynight and follow news like Brittney Spears new haircut.

Build bridges, my friends, rather than tear them down.
