Just don't boil yer veggies and yer fine. Hooray for celery and carrots, for they are tasty high-roughage snacks.

I had a whole wheat wrap with leftover turkey, cucumber slices, grated cheese, wheat berry sprouts and topped with ... Kat's salsa!

 I just don't buy most of that. Certainly overcooking and unbalanced diets are detrimental to your health, but a totally raw food diet eliminates too many healthful options.

Another plug for Kat's salsa. Last night I stirred some into my cornbread batter after adjusting the liquid a bit. Worked great!
