Lordy, Dave... how many cartons were you bringing back? (And from where?)

What are they trying to forfeit? The cigarettes they've already seized? Are they going for any extra penalties?

Hey Kevin,

Must admit the certified letter from the Justice Department was a bit of a shock, but bottom
line they were just informing we that they had begun forfeiture proceedings for the 3 cartons
of Marboro's that I had ordered from Switzerland? ???

Truth is the company had reinbursed me the cost months ago. ;D
