Best place to start a business in NH

I'm a Texan in my freshman year of college at Cornell. After college I plan to start a national land remediation business headquartered NH. Even though it's a long way off, just for my long-term thinking purposes, what would the best place in NH be to start a business? Ideally I'd like to go to Keene because it's where my parents are from and I have a few connections there, but with it being in the middle of nowhere, that could be a problem.

Thanks.

If you want the best access to the whole state then probably just north of Concord would be best..
1. easy access
2. quickest drive to all parts of the state.
3. 'relatively cheap'
