If you'd like to perform minor image manipulation yourself, I recommend a software application named "Irfanview". It's free, and although the latest installer will try to sneak a Yahoo! toolbar into your computer if you don't uncheck the appropriate box, it is a stellar photo viewer and photo resizer/cropper/rotator/etc. tool for Windows (9x-XP).

For other OSs, there are other options, but I'm only familiar with the somewhat obtuse (yet powerful) GIMP software for Linux/MacOSX/Windows.

I did a quick fix on the photo in your profile, Tracy. However, it won't be visible to forum visitors unless they are logged in.

I recommend signing up for a free image hosting service that allows hotlinking. That will allow images posted in threads to be visible to all forum visitors. It will also reduce bandwidth and storage costs for the forum. Not that a 2.59kb thumbnail is a problem.
