Feel free to swat them in this general direction.

QuoteI am told that the places to go for that are Keene, Keene and Keene.

The last two girls I dated in NH were both from Keene, and I was living in Manch.
at the time.

I'm considering facilitating a State-wide Singles Night "dance" Event... Not sure what I'm going to call it. But I thought it would be cool to help and take care of our single folks in the Freedom movement... ya know... the Freedom loving-Liberty minded singles in New Hampshire might just enjoy a night out with the Ladies and gents... Sound like anything anyone would attend?

I'm talking about an excellent event over the top... one you won't soon forget! Hmmmm?

The problem, I think, isn't so much that single liberty guys aren't meeting the existing single liberty ladies . . . I think that there just aren't a lot of single liberty ladies!

I suggest finding a smart one, and convert them!

When I met him, my husband never wore a watch. I bought him one when he bought me a ring  :-[

Lloyd Danforth

Probably would have preferred some gold

Rochelle

Doh, I feel like an idiot: I didn't realize there were more posts after the watch discussion until I went back to the thread and started reading it again *siigh*

Nah, he wanted it :) I'm so lame at picking out presents: he shows me what he wants, and I buy it ;)
He did get a platinum ring a few months later though....

I think a singles night would be a good idea, only I think most single porcs in NH know or are at least marginally aware of each other already. Combine that with the fact there are so many more males than females and I see a lot of guys standing around talking about their gun collections...

I'm going to recommend going for those not in the FSP, but who see the light :)

I know exactly what you mean, I usually get my husband a Home Depot card! :D  One year I was really inventive though and he got all kinds of really good stuff but I bought him a guitar pick and had I love you Rick engraved in it, (costs about $9 altogether), and that meant more to him than even his Fender 12 string guitar! :D

Smart?

Smart equals "rare to almost non-existent"...

Most are so hopelessly embedded in the system they could never conceive anything different...

Many women think they need public education paid for by others to educate their children...
Many women think it's great to have zero income tax withheld but to get back thousands via EIC...

Definitely the "rob Peter to pay Paul" mentality and wealth redistribution schemes are geared towards women...
Especially single women with children...

Not that I have anything against women...or children...
Until they steal from me via property taxes and income taxes...

Then we'd be better off without those particular ones...

Wow - a little anti-female, are we?

Don't know if you're single or married....but maybe the "rare to non-existent" women just aren't talking to you. : )

Oh!  When I saw that the lovely ny2nh posted on this subject my heart begant to flutter!

What Powerchuter describes in post #70 is your average person, regardless of gender.  Why pick on the chicks?

Kat Kanning

Thank you for pointing that out, Lloyd.

Keene is mostly female!

"For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 83.8 males."
