The second cop was getting kinda mean on me.  I got out of the car when they started arresting Russell.  The guy ordered me back in the car, but I ignored him.  He repeated it and then dropped it.  I was going to give Russell a hug before they took him but the guy got really uptight and I thought he was going to grab me or something, so I stopped.

do you mind if i tell chief walker about embassyofheaven.com and let him know that's the kind of peaceful resistance he can expect as this unfolds?

I was telling a guy who would not normally even think about questioning something like a driver's license about this. ... When I asked him who had been harmed he said, "Good point."
It is possible it could have been dangerous for us to drive, but that was not the case. We were driving in town and about 25-30 miles an hour. I was not hurting anyone and no one would have been safer if I owned a government drivers license.
It will make sense to a lot of people that I haven't hurt anyone.

But.............................................What...............................................about..............................................the..............................................children?

That sounds good, Dada.  There's more embassy of heaven type reisistance in process.  Russell took the plates off the van.

Common sense says that each and every one of us should take it to court and make the cop try to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that we had fore knowledge of the "equipment failure" and did nothing to correct it.
In this case, I will not be showing up for to their court. If they drag me in, I guess they will go through their paces trying to "prove" I did something wrong. They only did paperwork on my lack of paperwork. They didn't care about the headlight after I told them I don't use their licenses.

I gather you gave them your address.  The guy could have just told you your light was out.  He didn't need to go thru the lic & reg crap.
I told them my name and address. So they can bill me.

Glad to see they let you out, my friend.  So, it looks like a bench warrant will be issued this morning, and I'll probably be coming out to Keene sooner than I thought.
I told them I would not show up on the court date, but I don't know when that is. So I don't know when they might issue a warrant and when they might drag me into court. Maybe they won't.

They will march forward on queue.  They are brain washed.

When you are not in court when your case is called (or perhaps even at first call) the warrant will be issued and the blue-lite boys (and girls) - with the guns - will start to watch for you.  They probably won't kick in your door, but they will be waiting near by

This was the guy who arrested Russell.  He was a lot calmer and more collected than the other, older guy.  Russell was giving him a pretty hard time and he took it in stride and continued being nice to Russell.

please do. I was thinking about getting one of their licenses. This helps explain what we are doing.
