AUSTIN, Texas ? With a publicity boost from legendary Bears Hall of Fame linebacker Dick Butkus, Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst rolled out a Senate plan Wednesday to require mandatory random steroid testing for Texas public school athletes.

Between this and Tank Johnson getting arrested for (horrors!) owning guns, the new team nickname will be "Sheeple of the Midway."
