What do I do to get rid of ads?

Understand the need for cash, but I really don't like the new ads on the forum.  Is there software that will block them?

Ooops.  Just saw error's message about Ad Block Plus.  I'm using Firefox at work.  Can I set that to block the ads?

I usually am not one to click on banner ads...

But, I seem to be interested in most every ad on this site. ;)

People have been clicking on some of them. I have found a few interesting like the furniture one.

we are getting some decent ads that match people's interest.

Nick will have to up his advertising to compete with the Masiello ad. :)

Hit Tools > Add-ons. Then click Get Extensions in the lower corner. About a million of them will come up. Find the search box and type in Adblock Plus. Then hit the big Install button.

Russell...warning...whining...avert your eyes...

Uh error...I installed ABP and the damn ads are still showing up.  I chose the suggested USA subscription and didn't browse all the other choices.  Do I have to do something manually?  Maybe I should just shut up and enjoy the colorful ads.  Those Sublingual B-12 pills are very colorful...

Are you sure? You're supposed to click the tiny little circle to the left side of it. It's not obvious. Try this link to subscribe to it directly.
