Good thing you're in NH. In Texas you could get prosecuted for a felony charge of "distributing obscene devices". Possession of six or more "marital aids" is a felony here. Texas sucks. Oh, wait, that might be felonious too.

As I'm starting this business from scratch, I hadn't intended to have a downline at this point in time, until I myself am established.

Indeed, I'd heard about the woes in TX over such things previously, being in touch with a number of subculture mailing lists, including the NCSF (National Coalition for Sexual Freedom). I'm being cautious to stay on the safe side of  the NH laws, but as there's a party plan toy company based out of Concord, I figure there's more than enough wiggle room for an independent gal like myself to start up my own business. I have their catalog and information for reference, so I figure as long as I stay within what they've established as precedent, I should be fine. Sounds like you should move up to NH, and get yourself free of those headaches soon!
