Are they rednecks or good ole boys.  ;D

Yes.

I've noticed other things about this neighborhood, too, which maybe I'll comment on later, and maybe I won't.

Some ghetto. I've seen much worse.

I agree -- I love how the "ghetto" in Manch has many white picket fences and flower boxes.  ;D

Yea -- Hummm - Just move to Manchester. We've got all that and more-- and have like 10 colleges for house parties.

Yay nightlife.  (Trust me, if you want nightlife, Manchester's like the only NH option, because even on a Monday night you can still party at the Red Arrow Diner at 3am).

I get two nights off a week - one I spend here in Manchester doing karaoke and dancing... one night I drive an hour south to Boston for some house parties.  And some boy.  ;)

Hey, Central and Lincoln, Lake Ave and Union... those aren't pretty neighbourhoods.

We don't have much ghetto in Manchester, but I'll still never leave the West Side.

I like my angry ol' memeres at Chez Vachon and Rita Mae's.

;)

major college babage in keene.   it's a tragedy to be forty there.

Keene is about 60% female.

SWEET.

Hence the democratic slant to the town
