You expect logic from a jail ??

From a jail I expect senseless rules and blind devotion thereto.

Kat Kanning

The court date was Wednesday 4/11 at 9 am.

Dave Ridley

I've packeged for russell copies of some threads i think he might be interested in, as well as all the updated writing i've done for my proto-book
.
Just printed out another updated version of this thread.   Also some articles from The Libertarian Enterprise that appeared between apr 15 and 22.
If I send russell TLE articles from before april 10, what are the odds that he's already read them?

Kat Kanning

He doesn't read TLE, as far as I know.  Thanks for doing that, Dada!  (almost left the last a off your name...you're not that old!)

Dave Ridley

is there some better site to send him articles from?

Dave Ridley

. is there another site or collection of text that might be better to print and send him?
I think when you're in jail quanitty of incoming content is probably important since it eats up more minutes of the day.   So i'd rather print 5 pages out for him than write one.

Kat Kanning

He likes lewrockwell.com, mises.org, and he'd probably like sports news of the Utah Jazz or Denver Broncos.  But really, I think anything you send will be fine.  When the alternative is staring at the wall...

Kat Kanning

Oh, he reads this every day.  He's always giggling like mad about it, so I guess he really likes it.

Day 7 fasting update:  everything is going OK.  I'm not dizzy any more.  I'm fairly weak, though.  Folding the laundry yesterday tired me out  :o

So here's what it takes to get a CD with the audio from Russell's hearing -

Submit a request in writing to:
Keene District Court
Patrick Ryan, clerk
3 Washington Street
P.O. Box 364
Keene, NH 03431-0364

There is no fee.  I could do if you want, or someone in Keene could do it and probably receive the disc sooner (I'm in Manch).  I'm not sure why there is a street address and P.O. box?

lordmetroid

maybe it would be better to give the court a notice rather than begging them.

Are there any kind of supplements or herbal teas you would feel comfortable taking?

If they're going to give it to you anyway, it doesn't hurt to nicely say "Please".

Sometimes that even drives the point home. Maybe it's an American thing, to smile and say "please" while politely demanding something to which  you're entitled.  :)
