What's happening with Dada's trial. Haven't heard anything for awhile.

Dada seems to have backed them down.

My understanding is the feds aren't really concerned with the original charge of distribution of handbills on gov't property.  They, the feds., were not willing to 'forget' the 125.00 fine, so they ordered Dada into court to 'explain' why.  Now they were pressing for contempt of court. 
Whats funny is he cooperated with the court in every way, except to pay their bribes.
