Heh.  I was going to post on this topic tomorrow.  Guess someone beat me to it.

I would suggest that people leave their own comments for the FDA, if they like, rather than using the pre-made comments in that link, as it seems like the authors over there want government interference, but on their terms.  I think most of us would rather just tell teh FDA to get lost...

Sorting Through The Info and Dis-Info on FDA's "CAM" Guidance - What Should You Do?
There's been a lot of buzz lately about the FDA's "CAM" Guidance (Complimentary and Alternative Modalities) which the FDA appears to be attempting to regulate alternative health products.

While I am sending in my comments about this 'Notice' I feel that it is vital to understand the points brought up by John Hammell of the IAHF.com site that the FDA has no jurisdiction to write laws - period.

What's really going on here?

Unfortunately I personally feel this is a major distraction from the international agenda that is going on right now which is trying to destroy the American Constitution in one final blow and with this would go all your rights that were set forth in the DSHEA of 1994 (Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act) which regulates nutritional supplements as foods.

Are all your Constitutional Rights at stake right now?

Unfortunately I would have to say a resounding yes.

If you don't start to understand what's going on with Globalism right now and how it can affect your Constitional rights as an American Person and start talking about it to your friends and on your blogs you may lose many more health freedoms than what this FDA Notice talks about.

If you feel like sending a comment to the FDA before the April 30th deadline - here's the address to send it to and I've included a template (which is a modified version of one that is circulating the net) which will help you get started.

But I do think a better idea is to listen to the conference call that I put up where John Hammell lays out all the variables in this Huge Globalistic Deception.
