Moving out ahead of family...

Looks like I may be moving out ahead of my family to start work and do some house hunting, etc.
I need a place, apt, whatever, in or within a short commute to Dublin NH (Between Keene and Peterborough on the 101).

In addition to my moving out, it looks like I'll be accompanied by my daughter (someone has to keep an eye on me...better her than Big Brother).
I would rather avoid sharing space in this case. I'm really looking for something in the following towns:

Antrim
Bennington
Dublin
Francestown
Greenfield
Hancock
Peterborough
Sharon
Temple

The closer to Dublin, the better.

Something reasonable since I'll still be paying on a mortgage out in Utah while I look here.
