Hello all! I found this site via a link in a poster's sig on another forum I visit. I spent a good bit of time at work today reading the forums and familarizing myself with NH. I am very interested in this Free State Project and might move there upon graduation from college. I consider myself a pretty radical libertarian, especially in regards to social issues so I think NH would be a much better fit for me than where I am now.

Welcome to the forum!

PORCfest is coming up soon, if you get a chance hopefully you'll come visit and check out the state...

I checked out the dates for the PORCfest, and even though I love to go I won't be able to make it up there at that time. I'll probably make it up for a week when I take my summer trip at the beginning of August. Any cities in particular that I should check out?

Welcome :)

If you let us know when/where you're visiting NH, we can set up meetings/parties with some porcupines, if you'd like :)

Keene, Manchester, Concord, Seacoast area are the most popular places to move to.

Just curious... what forum?
Looks like you're a fellow gamer ... well, I used to be a gamer, but having a family, full-time job, and being a liberty activist take up what used to be my gaming time

Welcome!

If you can't come to PorcFest I would suggest visiting New hampshire in the beautiful fall season, or at the next Liberty Forum. Not sure when the next one is scheduled but you will fall in love with the Free State Project and it's participants just like I did.

:D

That would be awesome. ;D I still haven't gotten all the details hammered out yet (such as getting the time off from work), but I will keep all this cities in mind for the trip. It would be nice to be surrounded by a bunch of like minded people for once (most of the people here are either hard core social conservatives or socialists).

I used to be alot more into video games than I am now especially racing games (Gran Turismo 4ever!!), but have slacked off alot because of school, work, and the incredible expense required to play this generation of games (the highest end nVidia card right now cost about 800 bucks, which is more than it cost to put my entire rig together).
