The UK is always on the vangard of Big Brother police state tactics.  The people keep taking it, though some of them rebel by destroying cameras etc.   Pretty soon they will probably be spying on them in their homes with millimeter wave radar vans.

Dada is right.  In all fairness, we should use the term for all government types who think they have authority over us.
