here's another idea i hadn't thought of...

walk up to all the police vehicles and look inside with a flashlight

or....just hang around as observers to help keep em on the up and up.
observers could wear vests with the word "copwatch" on them and a url

I got myself a copy of the new "Never Get Busted Again" DVD. It is quite good, but has some suggestions contrary to Flex Your Rights' "Busted!" video. This demands a lot of critical thinking! What do other viewers think, given that we are talking about the poLICE here?
