Sandy!  You comming to Porcfest?

Lloyd! Yes I am!  I'll even stay sober this time, so Pat K won't have to carry usher me back to my campsite.

Well....if you must.  I'm sure Pat will be disappointed.

I'll be there only if one of my roommates wakes me up.  And I doubt very much that I'll be there by 10am.

AAAUUUUGHH!  TOO EARLY!!!
:'(
10 am too early !!!
I guess we are bringing in a second shift here for the revolution. :)

I also couldn't believe how some people were allowing their young children to run completely amok during an adult gathering at which people were trying to eat (expensive) lunch and in a place of business at Newick's.
yeah  ..... a picnic

Don't tell me it's not acceptable to have a few drinks @ the fest, or ten or twenty. Who's the wet blanket?

Lloyd Danforth

You have missed a couple of things here.  You have to know the players to get everything.  It looks like Sandy may plan to be the wet blanket at Fest ;D   I missed her past inebriation (probably 'honking' away in my tent) and feel....left out

meeting was fun
turnout was 40
tho maybe 6 other people showed up afterwards just for the ron paul sign wave
total turnout for the sign wave was 21 and the location was very good:
hookset and webster

Very cool.  Wish we could have stayed longer, but the little guy was not happy with the heat/humidity.  Despite the early hour, it was very worthwhile to attend.

Murphy's will be worth it, as well.  Sounds like it should only be a few months of the early-start to allow them to deal with us before the lunch crowd, and then the additional room should be ready and we'll be able to transition back to a lunch meeting...

Maybe I will make up for her this year?

I don't think you will find people as eager to carry usher you back to your tent :P

Whoever decided on 10am for a Saturday has got to be working with the feds.  I mean, if it was 3am I could guarantee I'd be there.  But 10?!?!?!?!
Hopefully next time.
