Putting out feelers to sell water garden business....  both install and maintenance accounts and/or home-based retail/display. If this is something that may interest you we can discuss details.

That's really cool. How successful is your business, both in terms of geographical scope, and # of customers, etc? Also, a good way to reduce a lot of business sale headaches is to control business assets through a LLC, if you don't already. In this way, you can "sell" the business and everything that goes with it as one package simply by selling ownership of the LLC to another person. Ownership is a bit more indirect, but is more streamlined, and you are better protected from legal action should some agreement go bad. This protection can also act as an added value to the new owner of your business, so you can use it as a selling point to enhance your offering.
