And I've never met a southerner who married their sibling!

Strange, eh?

Strange, eh?

When we applied for our marriage license (yes, we did the "state approved" thing), the clerk asked if we were related in any way. We both caught a breath, then burst out laughing. She said, "I have to ask. And believe it or not, I had a biological father and daughter try to get married once."

Mmmm....sun tea...bacteria...

http://www.snopes.com/food/prepare/suntea.asp

I read that anti-bacterial soap isn't good for you anyway because our bodies need certain germs to keep our immune system or something like that working right.  I think it was more like so we don't become resistant to certain bacterias.  Sorry for the poor explanation of what I'm trying to say I just had a root canal and I'm feeling like shit right now. :)

Those ropey strands in the sun tea add a wonderful extra flavor.

Nuclear waste from the Manhattan project wastelands was placed in holding pools.  Those holding pools were covered over as parking lots  (Y 12  & Y 25 plants).  Now bioengineers are pumping Ethanol below those parking fields to create chemical reactions which cause deadly Uranium 6 (which leachs into water supply if left alone) to throw off extra electrons which stabilize the former super hazardous waste into Uranium 4 which becomes a heavy metal stabilized in the ground.
???
I'm not sure what you're talking about here.  The most common isotope of Uranium is U238 (99.27%).  Every isotope of Uranium is unstable and will decay.  I'm not sure where you got U6 and U4 from.

Chemical reactions only deal with the outer most shell of electrons.  Isotope decay occurs in the nucleus of the atom.  With 92 electrons, the outer most electron shell will be far from the nucleus.

In chemestry there is no difference between the isotopes of an element.  If one element will leach into water, it will not matter what the isotope is.

Your mouth typed perfectly---did you have a pencil clenched to your teeth?javascript:void(0);
Roll Eyes

Just like with antibiotics.  Bacteria has become super resistant to everything synthesised that has been over-prescribed

Okay, I understand the antibiotic thing but what the heck are you talking about with my mouth, clenched pencil, javascript:void and stuff?

P.S. For anyone that I get confused by if you smoke weed and were stoned no explanation ever, ever needed! 8) :)

Breath fresh sea air. No other drug required.  Post has error.  If you typed post with your hands or had a pencil clenched in yur teeth it was a fine understandable post nevertheless....you probably don't realize you are talkin' to a dawg.

My bad! :) Thanks for explaining Dawg!

Right here in our Granite State, radon is a naturally occuring radioactive decay---good idea as part of a home inspection to order radon test when purchasing.

If building make sure foundations are vented by pvc from below foundation grade to the roof.

Radon is heavier than air, which is why it accumulates in basements and mines. I don't think a vent to the roof would help much.

If you have the right wind conditions, maybe.

Decent radon vents have a manometer installed in the pipe so you can verify that there is negative pressure in there.

In most cases, an in-line fan is added to suck the radon out and blow it up the stack.

First off the Keith that Quantrill referred to was not the Tennessee Keith but the Taproom Keith.

And if you can find a restaurant that serves fresh brewed tea, then you put the lemon, sugar or whatever into it yourself.

Otherwise it might be tea from a mix.

And error, if you have not yet seen a sheep, you simply need to hop on over to Deering to Ed's house. :-)

He's got tons of 'em.

So which restaurants around here serve fresh brewed tea?
