QuoteAnd if you can find a restaurant that serves fresh brewed tea, then you put the lemon, sugar or whatever into it yourself.

So which restaurants around here serve fresh brewed tea?

I had some today up in Concord at the Makris Steak and Lobster house.
It's simple to make tea with a tea bag....and stick some ice in it no?

I wasnt going to revive a thread about tea, but have been thinking about it since I read it. Have you ever had Sweet Leaf brand Tea? Because it is AMAZING and tastes way different from other teas, and I am guessing it is simply because it is made right how you describe. I love love love iced tea, but essentially buy the unsweetened variety when there isnt anything which isn't full of high fructose corn syrup.  But I prefer very sweet tea...the sensation of drinking well sweetened iced tea versus iced tea full of gross stuff is entirely different.

so that is to say, I choose nothing over high fructose corn syrup but choose properly sweetened over unsweetened.

but you should tell me if Sweet Leaf Sweet Tea essentially tastes like what you're talking about (it's markedly far better than other sweetened tea)
