PS: We have a block of campsites down in the Boardwalk area, so if you're looking for space, we have some - we're trying to help the FSP recover the money they spent locking down these sites. They're right on the periphery of the activities field, which makes it easy to find your way home after the bonfires!

I have reserved one of these spaces for Thursday-Saturday (and maybe Sunday) and I'm looking to share my site if anyone is interested.
BYOT: Bring Your Own Tent :)

I sure have missed all of my friends in The Shire! This will be fun! ;D

Cool...
I might like to take you up on that. The midget and I are hoping to make it over, last minute stuff has our plans up in the air.

FYI, the area my site is in will be noisy with all the nearby revelers, but it would be great to share a campsite with you fellas.

It will be great to see ya again. :)

Thanks and ditto!

We just went up today to check out the site. It's going to work well for our purposes, but you are correct in saying that it will be noisy for camping! It's just a big open field with no trees or anything dividing the sites. It will be...anarchy...!

Sharing the field will be an open spot for sports activities and a massive raised fire pit. Also sharing it will be a 10'X30' tent for showing videos, and another spot for showing videos at night. In short, it will be a flurry of activity and those interested in actually sleeping are recommended to bring ear-plugs! And don't plan to sleep too late, as there is no shade  :-\

The site looks like it will probably be the center of attention; it's going to be a great time!

I don't have quite enough mass to pull the Sun
from it's  place in the solar system.

However when I go to sporting good stores
baseballs and Tennis balls etc, do form a rotating orbit
around me.

I've heard that about you, Denis  :D May want to bring eye-shades, too if you're averse to early-morning sun

You're welcome, and now it isn't thankless ;D

H-wood, this is great! You come on the job and the Alternatives village starts filling up with people!

It may get a little random and chaotic there, but, hey, that's the fun of it.

I do want to report that there is cell phone reception in the village - not sure about wi-fi. Checked it out yesterday when we took the stage up there.

It looks like the 10 X 30 video viewing tent is going to arrive in Amherst tomorrow, so we'll set it up at home to check it out, then pack it up and get ready to move up to the village on Wednesday.

This is going to be cool!
