Please, Mr. President, set a good example for the rest of the Underground, and make the call to the station.  We look forward to your on-air call!  I'm sure you'll have something challenging, as usual.  Will you go by fisher when you call in?

Sat nights have the most radio affiliates, but hardly ever a call.  The GM will be pleased to hear a local call in during the show, as well.

Just a point of information about fisher catss, from the Wikipedia article.

"Fishers are solitary hunters, feeding mainly on small herbivores such as mice, porcupines, squirrels and shrews."

Okay, everybody, on three: one... two... three... EAT ME!

;D ;D ;D ;D

Bleh.  I hate baseball on talk radio stations, but it's something we have to live with.  There is a 1p game for this Sat, so we WILL be on WNTK FM.  But there are several 7p games coming up this summer.   :(

FTL_Ian

We want to talk with callers, not listen to their stuff.  We're not Stern, as much as I love a good prank.  If you have an exceptional prank, send an MP3, and we'll consider it!

So is anyone getting the station? Looks like Newport would get it and Concord. 8)

I found a site that explains how to make antennas for specific frequences(spel?)
For 99.7 you need to make one: 4 Feet, 8 & 5/16 inches long.

For all the time you'll spend doing that, it would be more effective for more people if you spent that time calling your local talk stations.  Find them here:

Were we only on 8-9?  Were you listening during the 7p hour?  I was told we'd be 8-10...

I thought about bashing Memorial Day, but since we're going to be live on Monday, I'll do it then.   ;D

You hate sending our troops to die, but you want to bash the holiday honoring their memory?

Okay, that's more Howard Stern than ideological.

No, it will be more of a military bash fest in general.  I still think people should remember the troops.  It's sad that so many people have died for nothing but politics.

tracysaboe

Died for nothing but power hungry politicians.

That's the really sad thing that we should be remembering -- so it doesn't happen again. Instead of using it as an excuse to worship war and make more of it.

They're not dieing for our freedom. They're dieing so government can have more excuses to usurp it.

If you're refering to the antenna thing, it would take less than an hour!
Sheesh!
