Ogre steps off the porch with the 6 pack.  The clerk and manager come crashing thru the door!  Orgre runs shaking the 6 pack.   Just when they are about to catch up he turns around and opens all 6 cans spraying his persuers,   yelling: "Consume Freely"  at the top of his lungs.

Forgive me for claiming you drink canned beer

It was a can -- but not a 6-pack, just a 24-oz can.  I was tired.  :)

When I worked in Kingsport and lived in Church Hill, I had to come within a mile of the Virginia border going home from work.  I always bought my Tenn. Sour Mash in Va. because it was cheaper and easier, and they had a better selection.  (Like N.H., Va. used to have state-licensed outlets strategically placed along its border to serve residents of more benighted states.)
