QuoteGoogle ad-sense probably, dumbass.

The McCain/palin one is Project Wonderful.

I think error paid for a few days to have a spoof of that one run for a bit that said someting like "Mccain, At least he's a National Socialist!" it brings out creative mockery, that's for sure.

What was it that Dale said? Something like:—

"Liberals believe in violence at home.
Conservatives believe in violence abroad.
Moderates believe in both."

Sounds about right.

Don't forget, Extremists believe in neither.

Nope, wasn't me, though I'd certainly consider kicking in for it.

I am voting McCain/Palin.

In the primary, I vote my conscience.  In the general, I vote the infinitesimally lesser of two evils.

DW

What makes you think either "side" is a lesser evil?
I believe that the Republicans at least give small-government a nod as a correct philosophy, where Democrats do not seem to be so inclined.  In practice, I see the Pubs putting moderates on the ticket and Dems putting Hard Left people on the ticket.  Dems still talk openly about taking guns and redistributing wealth.  The fact that the Pubs are disinclined to do so makes me more inclined to vote for them.

I know that the Pubs have not held to their principals, but Dems increased spending by 17.5% in a year, prohibited business owners from allowing smoking in their establishments, tried to require seatbelts, tried to ban firearms in the state house, made homeschooling more difficult...  I no longer believe that they are the same.

I used to believe much of what you are writing.  But the nod to small gov't philosophy is only done around election time.  They increased medicare, they have not seen a nickel they didn't want to spend, until the bailout was put forth, coincidently around election time they suddenly rekindle their small gov't credentials.
Guns and redistribution of wealth, hmm.  The blatant gun grabbing in New Orleans was not done under a democrat, and Ray Nagin did not have control over the 'federalized' national guard, or fema, or the army.  The bailout that is being pushed by the administration, would seem to my relatively uneducated mind to be the most massive redistribution of wealth at one time I have ever heard of.
The dems say and push for lots of bad things, but seems to me, they are simply more honest about their intentions.

Having said all this I am a principled non-voter, as I will not be voting for the lesser of any evil.

Oh, and on the scale of Life, Liberty, and Property, you cannot enjoy the last two if you do not have the first one, think of that next time a 'low tax' pub wants to start a war.
