How much of the U.S. Constitution is in effect today? It would appear very little. Remarks by citizens about getting back to enforcing the Constitution are ridiculed as being antiquated. On December 2005, a White House source, told author Doug Thompson, that unnamed sources complained to George W. Bush about onerous portions of the USA Patriot Act, prompting the President’s remarks, “Stop throwing the Constitution in my face,” Bush screamed, “It’s just a g-d damned piece of paper!” That appeared in the December 9th, 2005 issue of ‘Capitol Hill Blue’. Unfortunately, Christians need to be more educated, particularly so in the days we live.
As I noted at the outset, I stated that I would provide a list of documents that virtually challenge the common knowledge and thinking that exists today. These documents destroy the preconceived views held about such documents as the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The following are laws in America most don’t know but should.
1. The IRS is not a U.S. government agency, it is an agency of the IMF (International Monetary Fund).

7. Social Security Numbers are issued by the U.N. through the IMF (International Monetary Fund). The application for a Social Security Number is the SS5 Form. The Department of Treasury (IMF) issues the SS5 forms not the Social Security Administration. The new SS5 forms do not state who publishes them while the old form states they are Department of the Treasury.

8. There are NO Judicial courts in America and have not been since 1789. Judges do not enforce Statutes and Codes. Executive Administrators enforce Statutes and Codes.

9. There have NOT been any judges in America since 1789. There have just been administrators.

10. According to GATT (The General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade) you MUST have a Social Security Number.

11. New York City is defined in Federal Regulations as the United Nations. Rudolph Guiliani stated on C-Span that “New York City is the capital of the World”. For once he told the truth. (20 CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) Chapter 111, subpart B 44. 103 (b)(2)(3) ).
12. Social Security is not insurance or a contract. Nor is there a Trust Fund.

33. The depression and World War II were a total farce. The United States and various other countries were making loans to others all over the world during the Depression. The building of Germany’s infrastructure in the 1930’s including the railroads was financed by the United States. That way those who call themselves “Kings”, “Prime Ministers”, and “Furors”, etc. could sit back and play a game of chess using real people. Think of all the Americans, Germans, etc., who gave their lives thinking they were defending their countries which didn’t even exist. The millions of innocent people who died for nothing. Isn’t it obvious why Switzerland is never involved in these fiascoes? That is where the “Bank of International Settlements” is located. Wars are manufactured to keep your eye off the ball. You have to have an enemy to keep the illusion of “Government” in place.
34. The “United States” did not declare Independence from Great Britain or King George.

Simple words such as “person”, “citizen”, “people”, “or”, “nation”, “crime”, “charge”, “right”, “statute”, “preferred”, “prefer”, “constitutor”, “creditor”, “debtor”, “debit”, “discharge”, “payment”, “law”, and “United States” doesn’t mean what we think it does because we were never taught the legal definitions of the above words. The pope is the figure head of a corporation called the Vatican consisting of men forming a “religion”, WHICH THE LORD ALMIGHTY NEVER CREATED A “RELIGION”, claiming complete dominion over all land in the world. When the pope dies another of these men is chosen as the new pope. There is one little quirk that needs to be mentioned. That is, a group of men exist that has control of even the Vatican, therefore every chain holder on down to number 11on the list is controlled. That group of men are called Bankers. The pope and the King, in 1213 A.D., on to a period just past 1216 A.D., lost a lot of money fighting each other and drew on a group of men, one in particular, that loaned to each side money. When neither could pay the loans back and defaulted, the moneylender foreclosed. He foreclosed in agreement by not taking all the property, except for England, as is done today on foreclosures; but an arrangement was made that satisfied the so-called “holy trinity” that is mentioned in the Treaty of 1783 A.D.
Now you know the reason behind the persecution, prosecution, imprisonment, and ultimate demise of Ohio congressman James Anthony Traficant. His address on the House of Representatives, delivered on March 17, 1993 was so important. You need to read it, on the Internet or in the Congressional Record, volume 33, page H-1303. The address was given by Ohio congressman James Anthony Traficant.
The fact is that since Janet Reno was Attorney General under Bill Clinton, there was an agenda to “Get Traficant” was the battle cry. Janet Reno died in November of 2016 from Parkinson’s. I personally studied his case and read all the evidence on the internet and if this is the standard of justice we can expect from our government then we are all in deep trouble. The evidence did not even contain Jim’s fingerprints on the FBI documents supposedly proving him guilty. This was a well-orchestrated railroading job on a local Ohio hero. Traficant never made any statements to the effect he was guilty of any of the charges. In fact, later it was revealed that the FBI leaned on lower criminals to give perjured testimony in order to obtain a conviction.
His conviction is a reminder that when the government needs a fall guy, as in the case of the 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor, it will find a usable victim to take the blame. Admiral Kimmel and General Short commanders of the U.S. Navy and Army were scapegoated for the blame of the attack on Pearl Harbor, but subsequently vindicated almost a half century later.
Jim Traficant’s address confirmed that as a result of the H.R. Joint Resolution #192-10 of March 9, 1933, by the 73rd Congress, all sovereign American citizens residing within the Republic of States suddenly and falsely were expatriated from their sovereign American status (without their knowledge or consent) and the labor, souls, children, property, sweat equity, and credit became financial collateral for the public debt, which had been converted into a Public Trust, which had been scripted after the Roman Trusts. To put this into simple terms, every living person residing in the U.S.A. was pledged as collateral on the National Debt, as debt slaves.
The Federal Reserve had stolen the national treasury of gold and silver during the preceding two decades, from the passage of the Federal Reserve Act in December, 1913, and March 9th of 1933. In exchange the Federal Reserve System introduced its fiat money, like that used in the board game of Monopoly, only known as Federal Reserve Notes, representing legal tender we know as money. The problem was Federal Reserve Notes were loaned into existence. These FRN’s are simply promissory notes
These “loaned into existence” FRN’s were nothing more than paper script money or negotiable debt instruments. They were issued by a group of Sabbatean European Jewish bankers (owned through stock ownership with the Vatican and families of the European “Black Nobility”). If you have a home mortgage, your real mortgage holder is the Vatican/Federal Reserve System. The public citizens of the United States of America are defined by the USC (United States Code) Title 50, “The Trading with the Enemy Act” in which U.S. citizens are defined as, “as an enemy of their government” and this is why President Lincoln’s Declaration of War is renewed yearly by Congress and the President!
In the same year President Roosevelt closed THE VIRGINIA COLONY CORPORATION and opened up a new government corporation called THE UNITED STATES, INC. THE UNITED STATES, INC. is a registered corporation in the State of Delaware.
