I think I figured out were the litter pick-up will start.

A suggestion would be to make a map for us newbies, please.

There's a big stone bridge next to the highway there and pulloffs on both sides of the road.  You should see cars.

I figured as much after looking at a map. I've just never driven that direction before.
The thought occurred to me that a map would be helpful.
It also occurs that I could have made a map myself and posted it. 

I should get out and drive around more.
