And that's all they can do, is bill you. I'm sure there are some federal courts, somewhere, that would let them impose a lien against you, but they have no other way to enforce collection.

States that have "administrative surcharges" for excess traffic tickets can always suspend a driver's license. Doesn't apply here; TSA can't take anything from you that they didn't give you (which is nada).
