I might be working in Manchester this summer

I've been looking at internships in my field (environmental engineering) for this summer, since that's what I have to start doing in order to get a long-term job. One of the companies I've talked to has an office in Manchester, so I might be able to spend some time in the Free State even before 2010, which I thought was my earliest possible arrival.

Nothing's concrete (or even aluminum foil) yet, so I have no idea how likely this is, but I figured I'd throw it out there.
