But the barking moonbat was the distinguished guest!

Here is the video which shows the questioning leading up to the Skull and Bones question and it was NOT LONG AT ALL!

Kerry wanted to answer it!

He talked for all of one minute before this madness started. Kerry wanted to answer too.

III. He purposely causes a breach of the peace, public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or recklessly creates a risk thereof, by:

       (c) Disrupting any lawful assembly or meeting of persons without lawful authority.

Who was the lawful authority? The police??
A senator of the United States Government is standing on the stage saying he wants to answer the student's question.   Did the police have ear protection on? Could the police not hear Mr. Kerry??  I did not hear Mr. Kerry tell the boy he was not going to answer anymore questions.   The police have more authority than a senator who is elected by the people (supposedly) and works for the people?

Has anyone watched the motions of congress when they speak in the house??? Many times the representatives who are elected get cut off with a timer and they are not all happy about that when that happens and even continue to speak, yelling sometimes....Do we see cops running in and tasering the elected officials when they do this???

This is a university. I thought universities are where one goes to learn to think, not go there only to listen and obey.  A student is a paying customer at this university. The students did not rush the officers because they know they have so much time to spend at school before they have to begin paying the student loans back for the rest of their lives and they FEAR the police.

As for the boy being agitated around "officers,"  like everyone in the world has been trained to not get nervous in a free country when people with guns and tasers are surrounding you at a question and answer forum. The boy was not approaching the stage.  Only good little slaves would feel comfortable with a badge and a gun being their authority. Good little slaves.

Ditch the tasers NOW!  Fire those police NOW!

If anyone thinks it is okay to taser a paying student asking questions, they should pack their bags and leave america now.

It is the quiet students who say nothing, harboring the stress inwards who people need to worry about.

Are you people saying someone should be allowed to go to an event and do whatever they want?  If I wanted to go on an hour-long diatribe that ended with a question about Timecube at a Ron Paul event, everyone would be fine with that?  After all, it's just "asking a question."

He did not deserve to be tasered and his question lasted about 2 minutes, no longer and was ON TOPIC.

From watching the video (at 1:32) it looks as though the guy behind the speaker  says something to the tall guy in the suitcoat and then makes a cut-throat sign which was to indicate to shut the kid up. After he gestured, the two jb mofos jumped in.

another nazi attack against a truth seeker.

total bullshit.

QuoteKerry wanted to answer too.

Let's ditch this naivete right now.  Politicians are trained to be as "cooperative" as possible while letting their staff do any needed dirty work.  He may have wanted to answer.  On the other hand, he may have been playing "good cop" while letting the donut-eating cops handle the roughhousing.

And no, this guy has no right to breach the rules of the Q/A session and hide under the guise of "free speech".  His "free speech" simultaneously abrogated the free speech rights of others who wanted time and opportunity to ask questions.  Don't make him out to be some sort of hero.

Wow if I did not know better, I might have thought someone was being protective of Kerry!

Yes the kid tried to ask a few questions in one shot but there was no need to taser him and if he was MY kid, those cops would be sued, every last one of them, for brutality and punishment not befitting the crime.

I don't have access to video here so I haven't seen this yet but if Kerry seemed ready to answer then who gave the order to arrest the kid and why?

They cut off his microphone because he made a sexually explicit comment.

Typically in a public forum the organizers of the forum set the rules for questions and answers as it relates to how long you will get before you are "monopolizing the floor".

If you are monopolizing the floor, you are denying the individual equal rights of others to ask questions.

The Skull and Bones question scares them doesn't it?

It means the kid is onto something, has done some research and is not about to accept the bullshit.

He must be subdued before anyone else finds out!

Any idea what the yellow book he is holding up is?

It was Greg Palast's 2006 book:

"Armed Madhouse: Who's Afraid of Osama Wolf?, China Floats, Bush Sinks, The Scheme to Steal '08, No Child's Behind Left, and Other Dispatches from the Front Lines of the Class War"

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0525949682

and John Kerry said he has the book and he has even read it so he would certainly be able to answer the question all of which are brought up in the book.

Pretty sure Dave didn't purposely cause alarm.
