I'm looking for a trailer that I can tow behind my SUV.

Specifications:
Road worthy - can be driven at highway speeds on major highways
Good payload - should be able to haul at least 1,000 pounds
Solid deck - should be capable of carrying sand and dirt
Coverable - sides should be a foot or so tall, and I should be able to attach a tarp
Ramp - this is a "nice to have" but not necessary

I will be using this for things like hauling wood, garbage (in bags), sand, compost, dirt, and possibly the Manchester Free Press.

Either PM me or respond here if you know of a good deal.

I may be interested in selling my trailer.  It doesn't have a solid deck, due to the overhead crane deal (I believe you've seen it), but one could easily be constructed from pressure-treated lumber.  And, well, it has a crane.

I just don't need it often enough, so I'm seriously thinking it may be best to sell it to someone local who could rent it back to be on the few occasions that I actually need it.  It can handle at least 3 tons, and has electric brakes and such for highway use.  The crane can be unbolted, if necessary.

If you're interested, I'll give it some serious thought (as I said, I'm not certain I want to sell it) and let you know what I decide.
