Problems I have with the article:

"she refused to cooperate" The journalist seems to be unaware of our rights and willing to teach others to pay no mind to the same. >:(

"flopping like a rag doll" I've seen the video of her arrest. There was no flopping and there was no rag doll. The journalist is oblivious to the concept of non-participation.

"the professionalism of the police officers who made the arrest" In a profession sworn to uphold the Constitution, exercising its UNConstitutional power to deprive a citizen of the United States their Constitutionally protected rights is NOT professional. Without a badge, the person would be charged with kidnapping, grand theft auto, aggravated assault, etc. All of which was done under color of law.

"Durham had to half carry her to the protection of the rear vehicle" Protection from what? It didn't seem to protect her from armed captors.

And of course the resting on the holster thing. The filmer did a fantastic job of proving in the video that one resting their hand on their GUN (holstered or not) can be construed as an act of aggression when there is no provocation to do so Funny they didn't report that OR the fact that they were only doing that because he was armed.

I often take issue with that expression being used by the police when someone exercises their right to refuse to answer questions and demands a lawyer. But in this case, non-coöperation is the correct description, and the freelauracanario.com site even uses the term to describe how she deals with the police. The article actually quoted a portion of it.

The article actually pointed out how the filmer asked to put his own hand on his gun, after they did so, and the cops refused. Hopefully some people will draw the right conclusion from that.

"Milford cop ends up on YouTube when he pulls over 'Free State' driver"

Thanks for posting the link.
I'm seeing an increase in views of the video.

QuoteDouglas said he respects Canario's right to remain silent during the arrest, but she will have to break her silence to prove her case in court.

Since when does the defendant have to "prove" their case?

The gooncop knows he was being videoed. It may have been different if he wasn't.

Wow, hadn't even heard of that paper before.

Its are job to keep driving home our message, making them think and constantly reminding them that they are not honoring the oath they took.

I would love to see a live on-the-street interview asking cops questions about the Bill of Rights. I bet they do not even know the first 10 Amendments.

Dave Ridley would do a good job of it.

OK, two thoughts.

First, she's guilty until proven innocent according to this.
2nd, They're saying she's required to testify in court which is B.S.
