I'm not sure how the presence of aliens would refute or change the quantum Zeno effect.

If there were a million times more aliens than Earthlings, wouldn't that mean it would dilute our effect?

Is the cat being observed? If not, is it a living cat or a dead cat? Does it really matter? If you vote, does it kill the cat? If you leave the cat alone in it's natural state, will it get hit by a car and die? Does anyone really know what the hell anyone is talking about?
