Just had this flash of our President Wilhelm I:  he's in a group of kids, and says, "Ya, I'm the president of an underground organization of radicals fighting a nonviolent revolution."  Do they lock him up for being a complete loon, or do they believe him?

How old is Wilhelm I when he makes this statement?... there are many different versions of flash, so If he's as old as Llllloyd kids could be almost 50.

Would these kids be making a citizens arrest or is he doofuss enough to say that in front of cops?
