The Free State Project holding second annual gathering in Lancaster

LANCASTER - (AP)? The second annual Porcupine Freedom Festival started at Rogers Campground on Saturday and runs through next weekend. Organizers hope to attract hundreds of libertarian-minded people.

The Free State Project is trying to get 20,000 people to move to New Hampshire and influence the state and local governments. They chose the state for their project because they see it as friendly to libertarian ideals of less government,lower taxes and more individual rights.

The festival includes activities ranging from classes and speakers to a mock town meeting and a hike on Mount Liberty.
