There are three new square spots (125 x 125) that do not allow animation right next to the comic in the left column. Until someone bids something on them, they are effectively free. All you have to do is create a Project Wonderful account and submit an add for zero cents a day. It's limited to a two day bid. To bid for a longer period of time, you have to bid something, even one cent a day. I tweaked a few images that I would like to fill those spots for now in case you don't have ads ready right this second. They're attached.

Here's a direct link to the bidding page for that block of ads.

And right now I still have ugly "Your Ad Here" spots on my site.  :-\ Before long someone else will bid zero cents and win by priority.

What 125x125 box? I only see five 117x30 boxes.

I opted for a different type of code for the new boxes. I used the code that Project Wonderful suggested which they claimed would allow more people to see the ads even if they have Javascript off. That's the only difference I know of that might explain why you see one set but not the other. Here is the code.

<!-- Beginning of Project Wonderful ad code: -->
<!-- Ad box ID: 21920 -->
<script type="text/javascript">
<!--
var d=document;
d.projectwonderful_adbox_id = "21920";
d.projectwonderful_adbox_type = "4";
d.projectwonderful_foreground_color = "";
d.projectwonderful_background_color = "";
//-->
</script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.projectwonderful.com/ad_display.js"></script>
<noscript><map name="admap21920" id="admap21920"><area href="http://www.projectwonderful.com/out_nojs.php?r=0&amp;c=0&amp;id=21920&amp;type=4" shape="rect" coords="0,0,125,125" title="" alt="" target="_blank" /><area href="http://www.projectwonderful.com/out_nojs.php?r=1&amp;c=0&amp;id=21920&amp;type=4" shape="rect" coords="0,130,125,255" title="" alt="" target="_blank" /><area href="http://www.projectwonderful.com/out_nojs.php?r=2&amp;c=0&amp;id=21920&amp;type=4" shape="rect" coords="0,260,125,385" title="" alt="" target="_blank" /></map>
<table cellpadding="0" border="0" cellspacing="0" width="125" bgcolor="#eeeeee"><tr><td><img src="http://www.projectwonderful.com/nojs.php?id=21920&amp;type=4" width="125" height="390" usemap="#admap21920" border="0" alt="" /></td></tr><tr><td bgcolor="#eeeeee" colspan="1"><center><a style="font-size:10px;color:#0000ff;text-decoration:none;line-height:1.2;font-weight:bold;font-family:Tahoma, verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;text-transform: none;letter-spacing:normal;text-shadow:none;white-space:normal;word-spacing:normal;" href="http://www.projectwonderful.com/advertisehere.php?id=21920&amp;type=4" target="_blank">Project Wonderful - Your ad could be here, right now.</a></center></td></tr></table>
</noscript>
<!-- End of Project Wonderful ad code. -->

Obviously that code does me no good if Project Wonderful won't allow a 125x125 ad for your site.

I don't follow. I thought that your browser is just not showing the ads when you visit my site. I thought that might help you figure out why. You're a better hacker than I am. Sam already bid on one of the 125x125 squares and got it. It's displaying now.

For what it's worth, I've added a direct link to the bidding page for those ads in the first message of this thread.

That helps. It wasn't showing in search results for some reason.
