Noob from GA

Alright i practiced some civil disobediance here in GA. driving home from dinner there was a suspicion less DL check I drove thru and provided my DL. I quickly went home and grabbed my camera digital voice recorder and went back.


I always OC and have a GFL(which is required here in ga to OC or CC)


I start snapping pics and a group of officers gang up on me and demand my DL(we have no stop and identify statute) I refused, they ask for my GFL I ask under what statue?? i then as the 5 magic words AIFTG? the local cop says no, so then i ask am i being detained? he says no. SO i state if im not being detained then im free to go. so i ask am i free to go then?? he says yes. 

I start walking to my car and snap some more pics, an ICE officer from DHS comes up and demands my camera, i refuse she ask a few more times. still unwavering i refuse so she grabs for it hits my hand . then they tell me to put my hands behind my back. I comply and they take my camera, my OC M&P 40 cal and my bug keltec p11 cc. then they think they had me on weapons cause i was concealed, but i was good to go since i had my firearms license. 


after a while they emptying my magazine and the ones in the pipe they lay my gun on a trash can infront of me and let me go. since they know knew who i was.



what is the supreme court case i saw plastered down the copwatch car??  also i need to find out if i can recover my dig. pics??? i took some of my wrists after the incident ended dont know if that matters. but at least i have my audio. the ICE officer refused to give me her name but stated a badge number.

all in all i had a fun night

audio is coming whenever i find the computer transfer cable, i recovered some of the pics.

GFL is GA's firearms license we are not a traditional open carry state, sadly we cant have open carry litter pick up etc.(due to the vague public gathering clause which makes political function off limits) you must have a license to OC or CC. this is due to GA's racist gun law history http://www.georgiacarry.org/cms/wp-content/uploads/2007/11/racist-roots-of-ga-gun-laws.pdf pretty interesting read.

idk, i suffered a pretty bad motorcycle wreck in Nov. of last year. The wreck totaled me and my Harley, I still havent been able to get back to work. i ended up with a broken left wrist, right shoulder and a messed up back.  The back is whats causing all my fuss right now. To top it off id need to make numerous trips to move my crap if i decided to do it, either that or thin out my stable of cars
